A New Arrival
Hayley kindly invited me into her home to capture relaxed portraits of her three beautiful children. Here are a select few from her lifestyle session….
Ashley & Charlie
We’ve had an unusually sunny and warm week in February, and it was the perfect weather for photographs outdoors. Low sunlight and fresh air, one of my favourite combinations. Ashley and her two year old son Charlie wanted some updated photos as it had been a while since I last photographed Charlie and he’s developing such a funny, sweet character. He’s also great with the camera and very patient with my instructions to sit, run, and cuddle mum! So off we went for a little walk near Hollingworth Lake, Littleborough.

We had some unusually warm weather in February and luckily the Wilde family had their photo session booked during a sunny Saturday in the late afternoon. Coats and scarves were left in the car as we trampled to our location near Hollingworth Lake, Littleborough.
Meghann's Maternity Session at Home
Daniel and Meghann were here in the UK visit friends and family over Christmas before heading home to Texas, USA in the new year. We chose a at-home location for maternity photos and couldn’t resist taking some outdoor shots by the canal.
Amy & Jonathan in Ramsbottom
Amy and Jon wanted an outdoor session in the picturesque market town of Ramsbottom, Bury, where they live. With it’s beautiful Victorian architecture and dramatic Pennine landscape, I knew we wouldn’t have trouble finding photo spots that were full of character.
We had a walk through the town centre, stopping for chips at one of Amy & Jon’s favourite Fish & Chip shops (Amy even worked there in the past!) Then on to the park for photographs by the railway station and the River Irwell. We even had a little drive up into the moors and trekked about in the grass for photos with an impressive backdrop.
Finally, needing the warmth of the indoors, we headed back to Amy and Jon’s home for some last photographs at their front door. I couldn’t resist getting a shot of them with their two cat companions!
