I’m back at The Jackson’s house to photograph their new arrival, a beautiful baby boy, who in fact was born at home! A huge well done to Amy for achieving her home waterbirth, what a dream! I love how these photographs mirror the maternity session we did just a few weeks ago.
Waiting for Baby
It was a pleasure to photograph Amy & Jonathan at home in the final few weeks (turned out to be days!) before baby arrived. They have such a gorgeous master bedroom I had to make use of the huge skylight window and love the warm earthy tones.
Creative Headshots with Marissa
On Tuesday 2nd July, I was invited to visit Marissa at her lovely home in Whitworth to take some relaxed and creative portraits. Marissa needed images to use on her website to promote herself as a freelance translator and copywriter. I’m self-employed too, so I know the importance of building your personal brand. I love to capture personalities to add a little flair into my portraits and a fun headshot will stand out from all those serious corporate pictures.
Also when a client’s home is this beautiful it would be a shame not to use Marissa’s work-life space as a backdrop…
